                      Job Description:

                      Including, but not limited to:

                      • Supervise direct care staff including but not limited to, scheduling (while on duty), providing performance feedback, evaluations and corrective actions.
                      • Must be willing to travel to multiple sites using own vehicle.
                      • Monitor the condition of the physical plant, equipment and materials utilized by the program.
                      • Monitor and ensure compliance with agency policies and all applicable Federal, State, and County regulations.
                      • Participate in the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team planning process.
                      • Coordinate and schedule appropriate leisure activities.
                      • Prepare monthly reports as needed to ensure compliance with all departmental policies.

                      Job Description:

                      Including, but not limited to:

                      • Work directly with residents to implement individual treatment plans, log progress and activities.
                      • Provide direct care services for residents, such as assistance in the restroom, dining, dressing, sorting of laundry, etc.
                      • Clean residents’ rooms, vacuum dust, change bed linens, make beds, empty trash buckets, clean bathrooms, do laundry, etc.

                      Required: Bachelor’s in psychology education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or related fields and experience with Applied Behavior Analysis.

                      Job Description:

                      Including, but not limited to:

                      • Establish & maintain relationships with all program participants by building rapport and familiarizing with day program records including life plans, medical conditions, day program goals, target behaviors, etc
                      • On a daily basis, work closely with program participants providing consistent and ongoing behavioral support in order to provide reinforcement and generalization of skills across different settings and situations.
                      • Assist with skill acquisition tasks, working with individuals to develop a wide range of skills such as better communication, positive social interaction, and coping skills. 
                      • Implement behavior intervention plans designed and authored by BIS by addressing challenging behaviors, promoting positive behavior change, and teaching participants effective strategies for emotional regulation.
                      • Prompts safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build a repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem solving skills.
