                • Responsible for maintenance of all vehicles.
                • Ensure equipment is operative and safely maintained i.e. ramps, tires, wipers, fluids, fire extinguishers, etc.
                • Keep vehicles clean, orderly and free of any defects or safety hazards both interior and exterior.
                • Properly maintain daily documentation: maintenance logs, registrations, inspections, etc.

                Job Description:

                Including, but not limited to:

                • Establish & maintain relationships with all program participants by building rapport and familiarizing with day program records including life plans, medical conditions, day program goals, target behaviors, etc
                • On a daily basis, work closely with program participants providing consistent and ongoing behavioral support in order to provide reinforcement and generalization of skills across different settings and situations.
                • Assist with skill acquisition tasks, working with individuals to develop a wide range of skills such as better communication, positive social interaction, and coping skills. 
                • Implement behavior intervention plans designed and authored by BIS by addressing challenging behaviors, promoting positive behavior change, and teaching participants effective strategies for emotional regulation.
                • Prompts safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build a repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem solving skills.
