CP Nassau was very happy to host a visit with Assembly Noah Burroughs (District 18) on Nov 24. The visit started with a discussion with members of the Self-Advocacy group, all participants in the Adult Day Services (ADS) Program at the Agency. Staff representing the various programs in ADS as well as the Assistant Principal of our school, The Children’s Learning Center shared positive things along with challenges we face.
The Assemblyman then toured our school and met some students and faculty. We thank Assemblyman Burroughs and his assistant, Fenol C. Larock for taking the time to visit and learn more about CP Nassau and the good work done here.
