On July 18, 2025, the individuals from our “350 House” enjoyed a fun-filled and memorable trip to Resorts World Casino in Queens.
The group enjoyed lunch at The Sugar Factory and stopped to take pictures in front of the iconic “Wall of Love” display, adding another special memory to their day.
During lunch, all were excited to order some of their favorite meals and engage in cheerful conversations and laughter with their housemates and staff.
The waiter at The Sugar Factory was incredibly patient and welcoming, taking the time to engage with the individuals and making them feel seen and appreciated. He also complimented the staff, expressing his admiration for the meaningful work being done to support this population.
After lunch, the group explored the slot machines, where each person had the chance to try their luck. While no one won any money, the experience was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
The trip was a great success—full of laughter, connection, and joyful moments that fostered both community inclusion and individual enjoyment.
