$500 Referral Bonus Program

Staff who refers someone for a direct Support position at Bayville, Residential or Adult Day Services will be eligible for a referral bonus totaling $500*:

  • $500 when the referred individual successfully completes their three-month introductory period.

To be eligible for the referral bonus, the applicant must identify the referring employee on their Application for Employment when it is submitted.

*The referral bonus will be pro-rated based upon the new hire’s FTE at the time the referral bonus is payable.

 

*Bonus Eligible Positions:

  1. Adult Day Services (ADS): Aides, Assistant Community Coaches, and Community Coaches
  2. Residential / Bayville: Direct Support Professionals

$500 sign-on deal – ADS & Residential:

  1. $100 net check on Day-3 of New Employee Orientation (NEO).
  2. $400 net check after completing the first month of the introductory period.

$2,500 sign-on deal – Bayville:

  1. $100 net check on Day-3 of New Employee Orientation (NEO).
  2. $250 net check on the first payday following NEO.
  3. $1,000 net check when the new employee passes probation (3 months).
  4. $1,150 net check at the end of 6 months of employment.
  5. The bonus will be pro-rated based upon the new hire’s Full-time equivalent (FTE) status at the time the bonus is payable.
